Wal-Mart corporate officials confirmed they warned U.S. store managers that a win by Democratic presidential candidate Barack Obama would make it easier for workers to unionize. Wal-Mart maintains it did not break the law by telling employees how to vote in the upcoming election. (via FP Passport)
